The Operations & Partner Management Head is a senior operations leadership role responsible for the end-to-end performance, scalability, and governance of the company's operational partner ecosystem, including 3PLs, first-mile, and franchise partners.

This role ensures operational continuity, cost efficiency, service reliability, and network resilience—particularly in a dynamic environment where partners may scale up, exit, or transition over time.
