Job Description:
Operations and Procurement Assistant will provide support and assistance to Sales/Marketing, and Finance/Accounting.
The position will have access to confidential information requiring discretion at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities may include, but not limited to the following:
· Assists Sales Person for the smooth flow of the Client's Accounts
· Source items with credible suppliers (local or imported) for clients requirement
· Directly coordinate all task to suppliers from sourcing, quotation, PO preparation, Payment Request Preparation up to delivery of goods
· Monitor closely the vessel shipment and release of container
· Coordinates delivery from the supplier to client's warehouse
· Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
