We are a trusted courier service provider, partnering with Flash Express, Lazada Express, Shopee Express, J&T Express, and Drop and Go (Victory Liner Bus Shipping). We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure efficient parcel processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations, including lifting, carrying, and handling parcels
• Receive, sort, pack, label, and process parcels following SOPs and packaging guidelines
• Input sender/receiver details, print waybills, and scan parcels for accurate tracking
• Assist customers with inquiries, tracking, and basic concerns (online and in-branch)
• Prepare simple daily reports on parcel movement and operations
• Help monitor parcel status and flag any issues immediately
