General Responsibilities主要工作职责

  • Fulfill the documentation job in daily operation in line with IOP.

    • 按照操作规范要求完成相关单证工作

    Detailed Responsibilities具体工作职责

  • Key in the data of operation system in time and correctly.

    • 及时并正确的录入系统数据

  • Documents supporting to operation colleagues per request.

    • 根据要求，向操作提供单证支持

  • Support OP for junior level communication with the internal/external customers.

    • 协助操作，和内外部客户进行简单沟通

  • Closed jobs filing & recording.

    • 整理完成的文件，记录并归档

  • Other tasks from the superior. 

    • 完成上级指派的其他任务
