We're hiring a
Remote Operations Assistant
to support a fast-growing residential cleaning company.
This role keeps daily operations running smoothly managing client communication, coordinating cleaners, organising schedules, and supporting marketing and hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to new leads and follow up on quotes
• Confirm schedules with clients and cleaners
• Review service photos and maintain organised records
• Support social media engagement and outreach
• Track availability, bookings, and performance metrics
• Assist with hiring and on-boarding cleaners
• Maintain basic bookkeeping and reports
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Confident communicating with clients by phone and message
Proactive, reliable, and tech-comfortable
Experienced in admin, operations, or customer service (preferred)...
