The Role

As an Operations Assistant, you will support our freight operations team in managing air and sea shipments, coordinating with clients, carriers, and customs agents to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods. You will assist with documentation, shipment tracking, and day-to-day operational tasks, playing a key role in keeping freight operations seamless from origin to destination.



What you’ll be doing:

 Assist in managing export and import shipments via air and sea, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with international shipping regulations.

 Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers/agents to ensure smooth shipment flow and clearance.
