We are looking for Operations Assistants who will work closely with the Operations Manager while providing assistance in the daily operations of the mall.

Responsibilities:

· Perform administrative support and attend to customer/tenant concerns

· Ensure that all billings from the mall are properly checked and verified before processing

· Coordinate with concerned departments to prepare and process forms/documents

· Screen calls and inquiries from clients

· Perform other administrative and operational functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
