Operations Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of risk assessments, project and pre-deployment plans, and other project cargo requirements as required.
• Preparation and submission of reports on stuffing, loading, discharging, and other works.
• Perform project SOP's from receiving up to transport of cargoes to sites from receiving up to transport of cargoes to site.
• Attends to vessel discharging, barge operations, container stripping and other field cargo handling as per project requirement.
• Monitor and submit reports for Project Logistics shipments.
• Check port operator, carrier, depot, and warehouse invoices.
• Submit report to Carriers, customers, port operators, and managers.
• Filing and processing of shipping and other pertinent documents related to the shipment.
• Schedule meeting, trainings, orientation & project sites visit.
• Handles payment to shipping lines, government agencies and similar entities.
