Operations Assistant – Pre-advise (Shifting Schedule)

J_ ob Function:_

• Receiving of documents for Container Deposit Refund.
• Pre-advise for Empty Return and Export Delivery.
• Preparing of Special Permit to Load (SPL) for North and South.
• Receiving of Export Docs/Arastre.
• Preparing of Export Docs to CCCD/BOC.
• Reporting for Empty Evacuation Plan (North and South).

Operations Assistant – EQC

• Long stay monitoring (Discharged/CNEE's Premises).
• Weekly report of LS containers to TPE HQ.
• Sending demand letters to clients (Discharged/CNEE's Premises)
• Sending report of LS Containers to every POL.
• Sending email to POL in every abandonment letter received.
• Report to TPE HQ every 15th & 30th for those gated out but still unreturned.
• Securing abandonment letters/WSD (Warrant of Seizure and Detention) and Alert Order from the consignee.
