Job Description
Duties:
- Perform administrative duties, including answering store concerns and scheduling store appointments.
- Ensure company policies are align with store operations objective.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments of store maintenance/concerns to Contractor such as cleaning of AC unit, fixing lighting lines and fixtures, damage cabinets etc.
- Coordinate to General Contractor and SubContractor for store construction process such as schedules, work permits and deliveries etc.
- Coordinate to Mall admin for any mall concern issues.
- Encode delivery reports, pullout and damaged forms and sending to store POS to update stock inventory.
- Update stock inventory from time to time and as needed.
- Prepare store supplies and coordinating with JH warehouse staff for delivery.
- Inventory and ordering office and store supplies as needed.
- Updating logs and other documents.
