OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Shin Nippon Machinery (M) Sdn Bhd – Petaling

Salary Negotiable (with working experience)

1. Prepare price quotations, purchase orders, purchase inquiry clarifications and delivery, shipping & transportation documents.
2. Check all customs clearances, shipping & transportation activities, deliveries & receipts of goods/cargoes & inspection of goods/cargoes.
3. Check & verify all payment invoices, shipping/ logistics/ transport documents & any other documents.
4. Inspect and check all goods/ cargoes received.
5. Update all records related to ongoing work activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in a relevant field of study.
2. Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good with Math and basic numbering and function.
