Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Invoice Creation & Distribution
- Generate Sales Order invoices in AutoCount for insurance claims and distribute copies to all branches on the same day.
- Prepare Cash Sales invoices via AutoCount and circulate them to branches for technicians to issue to customers.
- Create Quotation invoices upon request from the Customer Service team.
2. Financial Records Management
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all invoices, payments, and related billing documentation.
- Monitor and record daily sales totals, including the number of vehicles serviced per branch, in a shared Google Sheet.
- Provide daily sales and service updates to the Telegram Customer Care Group for operational visibility.
- Convert Sales Orders into Delivery Orders for insurance claim processing.
