This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Associate based in Bogotá, Colombia. Acting as the primary strategic partner and Right Hand to the Head of Operations, you will be co-responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Colombia Tech Universe ecosystem and its global expansion.

From solving operational bottlenecks to meetings with some of the biggest funds in the world this job is a dream for someone that wants to expand their mindset and profesional scope.
