Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of backend processes related to credit applications, KYC/KYB procedures, disbursements, and servicing.

The ideal candidate will handle loan disbursements and repayments, respond to customer requests, and maintain clear communication with our partners on operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications with accuracy, including KYC/KYB checks
• Handle loan disbursements and repayments in line with procedures
• Monitor repayment schedules and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Respond to customer inquiries related to loan servicing
• Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers and partners
