Operations Associate

Hail Transport Inc. is looking for a talented the Operation Support Associate personnel provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth daily operations of the company's Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS). The role supports fleet coordination, driver concerns, trip monitoring, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily TNVS operations, including trip activity, vehicle availability, and driver deployment
• Coordinate with drivers regarding schedules, trip assignments, vehicle concerns, and operational updates
• Support fleet management by maintaining records of vehicles, permits, registrations, and maintenance schedules
• Monitor trip data, incident reports, and service issues, and escalate concerns to the Operations Supervisor when necessary
