Operations Associate

The Regional Operations Associate will act as the main point of contact for daily operational concerns, manages workflow issues, oversees personnel and financial control, and manages the dispatch of confirmed bookings.
What Are Your Key Duties and Responsibilities?
Conducting quality checks on equipment, maintaining communication between sales and operations, managing job orders, and facilitating discussions on operational issues.
Reviewing reports, planning daily schedules, managing crew attendance and performance, overseeing the cleaning process, and managing equipment and inventory.
Reporting, communication with staff and clients, supporting sales in resolving client concerns, and assisting in hiring and qualifying who will be additional members of the team.
What Are We Looking For?
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course or any technical/ vocational courses related to the role.
Has adequate experience in handling regional operations.
