We are seeking a mid-level Operations Associate to support the Director of Operations across multiple consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands within Pale Blue Dots fractional operations model. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who can work independently, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and execute with minimal oversight. You will work closely with the Director of Operations while operating day-to-day alongside client teams, vendors, fulfillment partners, and other operational stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong execution skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to stay aligned with client business hours and operational needs.
