Operations Associate

Operations Associate reports directly to the Terminalling Supervisor I, who serves as the shift coordinator for day-to-day terminal operations, including receiving, storekeeping and dispatching at MP Terminal, as well as managing related services for road tankers and other service providers.

• Coordinates with the Quality Assurance Team for product sampling before storing of raw materials to ensure that all received products comply with standards specifications.
• Prepares a variance analysis report for inbound product movement to ensure variance is within the industrial allowable limit.
• Conduct line tracing with materials handlers in tank farm facility to ensure integrity of pipelines and prevent any risk of product contamination.
• Assigns storage tanks for receiving raw materials based on production needs and specification.
