We are looking for a candidate to be part of our Operations team within Golden Equator Capital Pte. Ltd. (GEC). The candidate will perform the wealth/multi-family office (MFO) operations function and support its fund administration requirements, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Responsibilities

Perform MFO Operations Function:

• Key point of contact between partner banks / brokers and GEC for matters such as relationship establishment and maintenance in line with their requirements, appointment and allocation of authorised signatories and accesses.
• Provide Family Office Advisors (FOA) and FOA Assistants with operational support for bank account openings and maintenance.
• E-banking platform set-up, maintenance and effective use for data retrieval purposes.
