The Operations Associate – Weekend & Night Support plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of CAPS services during off-peak hours, including weekends, and overnight emergencies. This role serves as the operational backbone during times when core staff are off duty, facilitating therapist coordination, emergency booking logistics, and real‑time administrative support.

The position ensures timely, accurate allocation of therapy sessions by acting as a liaison between students and therapists, based on availability and need. The associate is also expected to assist in data entry and data verification and contribute to ongoing record‑keeping. While the role is primarily remote, on‑campus presence may be required during events or when morning shift backup is necessary.
