We are currently seeking a Operations Audit Associate (6 months Contract) to join DHL eCommerce based in Puchong, Malaysia!

The Operations Audit Associate will be responsible to audit images related to proof of delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and accuracy in documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and audit images of proof of delivery to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies or issues in documentation and report findings to the relevant teams.
• Maintain organized records of audited images and associated documentation.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing audit results and trends.
