Operations & Automation Analyst Cannara Biotech Inc. (Québec)

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to help improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and business workflows across the organization. This role will work closely with all departments to understand current processes, identify inefficiencies, document workflows, and recommend automation and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand workflows across all departments including operations, accounting, sales, marketing, inventory, and production.
• Analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and data entry issues.
• Document workflows, procedures, and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Work closely with department managers to gather feedback and understand operational challenges.
• Investigate recurring operational or reporting issues and identify root causes.
