Operations Automation

We are hiring a full-time Operations Automation & Systems Specialist to own and improve the backend systems that power a fast-growing online coaching company serving loan officers across the US.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will build, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the systems that support client delivery, internal operations, marketing workflows, and team productivity.

You will work directly with the Director of Operations and have real ownership over critical systems. If you enjoy solving complex operational problems, building durable automation, and working in a results-driven environment, this role offers meaningful responsibility and long-term growth.

Compensation:

$6 - $9 USD per hour
