Operations Automation Specialist:
The Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is strongly focused on hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical delivery, enabling operational efficiency across PCC Service Hubs.
Your role:
You will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve service delivery efficiency across PCC Service Hubs, helping teams reduce manual effort and increase quality and consistency.
You will work closely with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), process owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and PCC Hub leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
