Responsible for managing low to moderately complex Benefits Operational assignments.
•
Analyzes benefits data files. Evaluates data and checks for issues and discrepancies and provides resolution of any errors.
•
Maintains operation systems and tools and provides system support.
•
Provides operational reporting to management.
•
Participates in ad hoc operation projects.
•
Performs daily operational assignments and activities, including data analysis, system support and reporting.
•
Provide testing assistance and support of new systems and tools.
•
Helps evaluate systems, tools and resources and provides recommendations for updates and changes.
•
Manage client data using variety of technical tools and resources.
•
Manage client requests and processes and relationships.
