The Branch Manager, under the direction of the President of Mid-Canada Rebar, is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation of the Winnipeg MB location. You possess a comprehensive understanding of the overall flow of business from initial order coming in to product delivery and receipt of payment.

As the Branch Manager, you are essential and responsible for running an entrepreneurial business in your respective market and treat it as if it were your own. You are someone who can sustainably increase profit while creating strong alignment amongst all teams in the branch on common goals, objectives and strategic plans.
