We are looking for an Operations Builder Associate– Systems & Growth to help design, test, and scale new healthcare initiatives such as subscriptions and new service categories.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will build quick, functional operational systems, validate ideas end-to-end, and turn proven pilots into documented, scalable operations ready for full tech integration. You will work across multiple stakeholders including pharmacies, clinics, logistics, finance, customer support, and tech.
