Work Arrangement: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Manila Time), with a return-to-office requirement of four times per week.

Overview

Shared Services Operations & Enablement Partner– A business-facing partner role focused on connecting onshore strategy with offshore execution across service delivery, training, communications, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary partner between onshore management and offshore leadership teams for service delivery priorities, issue resolution, and operational alignment.
• Coordinate and communicate changes in process, priorities, policies, tools, and ways of working to ensure offshore teams are informed, prepared, and supported.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to support training readiness, reinforce key messages, and help teams adopt new processes successfully.
