With two manufacturing plants and two distribution centers under the operations umbrella, this role will serve as the COO's primary extension across the supply chain - owning day-to-day operational execution, cross-site coordination, and the analytical infrastructure needed to run a high-performing, multi-site network. The Operations Analyst will be expected to operate with significant autonomy, represent operations in leadership forums, and develop the structure, processes, and visibility tools that enable the COO to focus on strategy and growth.
