**Operations Change Manager (all genders)**



As a member of the Operations team, we are looking for a Change Manager to drive and accelerate pilot/change initiatives at the site in order to meet the safety, customer experience, quality, sustainability and productivity goals – with an impact that spans across the entire network. In this cross-functional and broad role, you will be actively engaging with the onsite Site leadership, the Regional Sort Support Team, Operations and Area Managers, Local Support Teams and the Central Program Management Teams based out of Luxembourg.
