The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our team at K LINE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD in Sepang, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our freight and cargo forwarding business.

What you'll be doing

• Able to do export documentations preparation such as MAWB/HAWB/MANIFEST and other documents such as ZB 1/ZB2/K8 is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
• Detail oriented and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge in local EDI customs declaration/submission
• Local Customs License/Certification (KEK - preferred)
• Liaise with Customs on any queries/ customers/ our overseas office.
• Poses Air cargo DG certificate is an advantage.
• Air Cargo Certificate or IATA certificate is an advantage.
• Knowledge of export procedures and requirements.
