Operations Co-Ordinator

About the role

AEMO’s Operations Division is responsible for operating the power system in the context of unprecedented transformation. You will provide high quality administrative assistance to senior managers and the team in Operations. You will conduct tasks with minimal supervision, have excellent time management and computer skills, show initiative and have a proactive approach to fulfilling tasks within deadlines. Please note that this role is based in the Norwest office in Bella Vista. What you will be doing Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Operations Department, including proactive diary management.
Coordinate committee paper administration and manage travel arrangements efficiently and professionally.
Process expenses and invoices accurately, ensuring timely completion and compliance with internal processes.
Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
