Operations & Communications Coordinator (ConFoot Oy)

Confoot rules the exception. We stand where the infrastructure ends: defence, food aid, rescue, agriculture, surge logistics, sites where a crane is down and the operation still has to move. Our customers operate in environments where things must work even when conditions are not perfect.

We are now looking for an OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR to support our next phase of growth. The position is full‑time, with a starting date as soon as possible according to agreement.

The role can be performed in a hybrid model, but we primarily hope to find someone located in the Jyväskylä region so that day‑to‑day collaboration at the office runs smoothly.

This role is a key part of how Confoot scales. We are looking for a right‑hand person for the CEO: someone who keeps things under control, ensures operational matters move forward, and holds daily operations steady even in a busy, fast‑moving environment.
