Job Description

A typical day would involve:

 Divisional Communications:

  • Developing internal and external communications that align with the division’s strategy and culture, including divisional all-hands meetings, intranet sites and newsletters

  • Drafting newsletters, articles, memos, announcements, and presentations for dissemination to employees and other stakeholders.

  • Managing communication calendars and assisting with the planning and execution of divisional meetings and events.

    • Employee Engagement:

  • Partnering to develop initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive organizational culture.

  • Coordinating engagement activities such as town halls, training and learning opportunities, employee feedback surveys and recognition programs.

  • Monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the employee experience
