Comfortable with tech tools. You can handle Discord, Airtable/CRM, event tools, email tools, and dashboards without fear.

Somewhat technical is a strong plus — you understand basic software, developer culture, and learning journeys well enough to speak the language of our students.

Comfortable hosting, facilitating, and speaking in small to medium group settings.
