Operations & Compliance Coordinator (US Pest Control Company) – Full-Time, Long-Term

We are a fast-growing US pest control company looking for a full-time Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our remote team. As we continue to expand into new states and open more branches, this role is critical to keeping our operations organized, compliant, and scalable. There are real growth opportunities for the right person as we scale.

Salary: 1,300–1,600 USD/month (depending on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time (PH night shift, must be able to work these exact hours)

Role Type: Remote, long-term
