The Operations Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of post-sale travel bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from the time of confirmation to post-travel follow-up. This role involves handling booking inquiries, liaising with suppliers, processing changes or special requests, and proactively resolving issues to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Manage confirmed travel bookings for Tailormade and Cruise itineraries, ensuring all components are accurately secured and documented.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and partners to confirm services, process amendments, and resolve discrepancies.
