Operations Controller

A well‑established and fast‑growing Transport Operation, known for delivering flexible road‑freight and logistics solutions, is looking for a sharp and hands‑on Operations Controller to support daily fleet activity and drive operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 5 years' experience in Transport/Logistics (NON‑NEGOTIABLE)
• Strong load planning, routing, and return load management
• Ability to coordinate Fleet Maintenance and Workshop activities
• Confident in driver briefing, debriefing, and daily communication
• IT savvy with excellent admin and data accuracy
• Experience with SAP (highly preferred)
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills
