Operations Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships, providing daily shipment updates and responding to queries timeously
• Coordinate vessel bookings, transport allocations, warehouse movements, and rate requests
• Create and manage shipment files and job data accurately on Salesforce
• Ensure all documentation is prepared, checked, and issued correctly at every stage of the shipment process
• Coordinate transporters, warehouses, and clearing agents to prevent delays
