Tapio Measurement Technologies develops measurement instruments and analysis software for the paper, board and plastics industries. Our systems are used by industrial customers worldwide to prevent quality problems and improve process performance in real production environments.
We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a customer-facing role with broad responsibility. You will take ownership of our day-to-day commercial and operational processes, working closely with customers, sales partners, and the CEO.
What you will do:
Your work will combine operations coordination, sales and support in marketing.

Coordinate shipments of instruments and related customs documentation
Oversee customer billing and invoice and payment tracking
