Operations Coordinator

Job Description
Works with various team players ensuring that all activities and workflow are on track.
Facilitates cross-channel feedback from customers, installers and sales representatives to keep everyone well-coordinated.
Keeps track of the project implementation and installation with a deadline in mind.
Identifies and resolves any challenge in the installation process.
Plans and manages team goals and project schedules.
Requirements For The Role
Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator, Project Management or similar role is an advantage
Sound time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders
Effective and confident communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
