Operations Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with inspectors, insureds, ang agents resolving any conflicts in the inspection process. This work includes assisting the Operations Managers in the supervisory responsibilities of field inspectors and reporting any concerns related to the field of inspectors to your assigned operations manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Real-time management of no-show scenarios when an inspector does not arrive for a scheduled inspection and arrange a successful resolution.
• Triage and manage any scheduling conflicts or inspector issues that compromise the scheduled inspection.
• Effectively work through any weather-related issues , request to schedule, and any other event that might cause a delay in an inspection.
• Schedule inspection reworks with the inspectors and insureds due to errors and omissions upon initial inspection.
