Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support high-volume transactional processes across customer enrollments, billing updates, and data management activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate customer data, resolving operational exceptions, and supporting the overall customer lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Process high-volume transactions (enrollments, updates, billing, settlements) with accuracy

+ Investigate and resolve rejected transactions and data discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate and confidential customer data; support data clean-up initiatives

+ Respond to internal inquiries and support contract/operational administration

+ Assist with system troubleshooting and identify process improvement opportunities
