Role Description The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all shorebase logistics activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of material handling, vessel operations, yard and warehouse activities, and interface with offshore operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate quayside loading and offloading operations for supply vessels. Plan and supervise yard, warehouse, and CCU movements. Ensure logistics documentation (manifests, delivery tickets, backload records) is correctly prepared. Maintain accurate inventory and tracking systems (e.g. Kabal / WELS). Liaise with vessel crews, transport providers, customs, and Client representatives. Support SIMOPS and on-call operations (24/7 availability during Active Period).
