Operations Coordinator - Optimization Team

We are looking for a process-driven and tech-savvy Operations Coordinator to support our Optimization Team. This role is responsible for managing the full support request lifecycle, administering the Power BI portal and dashboards, and ensuring smooth coordination between Optimization and Finance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing workflows, follow-ups, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Power BI portal and dashboards
• Oversee and manage all Optimization support requests end-to-end
• Track, organize, and prioritize incoming requests
• Send follow-ups and communications using established templates
• Ensure all requests are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Assess portal functionality and suggest improvements or action steps
• Coordinate with Finance on transfers and related processes
