Operations Coordinator

Work hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 UK time – (PH 17:00 to 01:00 summer) (16:00 to 23:59 in Winter),

(Work for Home) You should have access to computer / Laptop, internet connection & smart phone.

This role will work closely with the Export Operations to ensure smooth processes of Export Department.

You will be responsible for:

• Arranging haulage with shipping lines/hauliers and booking containers.
• Creating & processing purchase orders & sales orders
• Arrange shipping documents via Freight Forwarders
• Creating Invoices, Packing List, & verifying BOL documents.
• Issuance of shipping instructions, export bills of lading, freight invoices, telex release and seaway bills
• Dealing with short shipments, customer complaints
• Organising files in to relevant order's folders.
