Operations Coordinator

· Schedule and coordinate rental and trucking services for clients.

· Monitor and track delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods.

· Communicate regularly with drivers, operators, warehouses, and other departments as needed.

· Review and prepare rental and trucking related documents, such as bills of lading, equipment rental activity and invoices.

· Manage and maintain accurate records of rental and trucking operations.

· Address any customer service issue related to rental and trucking services.

· Collaborate with management to identify areas of process improvement.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

· Assist in training and onboarding of new drivers and operators as necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree related to trucking operations, logistics or business administration.

· Knowledge in fleet dispatching and trucking is an advantage.
