Operations Coordinator (Project Coordinator)

Job Description:



*Works with various team players ensuring that all activities and workflow are on track.

*Facilitates cross-channel feedback from customers, installers and sales representatives to keep everyone well-coordinated.

*Keeps track of the project implementation and installation with a deadline in mind.

*Identifies and resolves any challenge in the installation process.

*Plans and manages team goals and project schedules.



Requirements for the role:



*Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator, Project Management or similar role is an advantage

*Sound time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

*Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders

*Effective and confident communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
