Operations Coordinator

Assist the Business Unit Manager of the Engineering department
Monitor, check and maintain attendance of engineers and technical employees
Coordinate with engineers and technical employees with their daily schedules and tasks and monitor results
Assist in ministerial project management tasks like printing test results, preparation of tools, preparation of project materials, etc.
Encoding files and documents as may be assigned
Preparation of project management documents/technical documents as may be assigned
Report and submit weekly update to accounting manager regarding various project status
Attend daily meetings with other coordinators and project managers
Monitor and log tools borrowed by the engineers and technical department
Coordinate client warranty claims and client concerns with the administration department, following strictly the company policy and procedures
