Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Unit Manager of the Engineering department.
• Monitor, check and maintain attendance of engineers and technical employees.
• Coordinate engineers and technical employees with their daily schedules and tasks and monitor results.
• Assist in ministerial project management tasks such as printing test results, preparing tools, and preparing project materials.
• Encode files and documents as assigned.
• Prepare project management and technical documents as assigned.
• Report and submit weekly updates to the accounting manager regarding project status.
• Attend daily meetings with other coordinators and project managers.
• Monitor and log tools borrowed by the engineering and technical department.
